Boy Oh Boy

Boy Oh Boy, Its a Boy! Blue and brown were the order of the day for this group of 48 baby shower cupcakes. Half chocolate and half white they are topped with four different decorations including polka dots, fondant flowers, candy melt rubber duckies and 'Boy' fondant medallions.

Daisy Wedding

For this Parker, Colorado, wedding I constructed a 4-tier cake with two chocolate swirl layers and 2 white layers. I added ivory buttercream frosting topped with a gradation of polka-dots. The bride needed to serve close to 300 so I baked 12 dozen cupcakes and topped each with a fondant daisy. At the reception site I added fresh flowers to the tiered cake and arranged the cupcakes on two towers. Congratulations Eric and Kristin!

Happy 40th!

These little carrot cake are topped with cream cheese frosting and were a surprise for a 40th birthday party. Happy Birthday Jay!

Engaging Cupcakes

This past weekend I made 30 cupcakes for an engagement party. The bride-to-be gave me a sample napkin for the event and said that she would like some type of design with her new initial 'S'. So I created these little blue and white cakes for her! Congratulations Brent and Cara:-)

Wedding Hearts

Lakehouse Wedding

This Labor Day I created nearly a dozen cakes for a lake side wedding reception. The main cake was a two-tier square gift cake. Then for each of the reception room tables I fashioned a unique 8" round cake with white-on-white buttercream frosting. The round cakes were baked in 4 flavor combinations: white with raspberry filling, carrot with cream cheese filling, chocolate with chocolate filling and lemon with lemon filling. The flavor assortment and display method created quite a stir as people went from table to table sampling the different flavors.
